Together for a common goal.
It starts at the top
Xerox Canada President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Warren describes our commitment to diversity like this:

"Diversity is a constant we can be proud of at Xerox. We live and work in a diverse world and having a diverse workforce is a competitive advantage and makes good business sense. When we foster an inclusive culture it allows us to leverage our differences, reach our full potential, and ultimately be an employer and supplier of choice.
Diversity and inclusion benefits everyone, let’s celebrate it every day."
More than a part of Xerox
It is Xerox. Diversity is essential to our business. Our environment. Our teams. Our products. Our history. We operate in 160 countries and employ professionals from every corner of the globe. Every day, we bring together people from different disciplines and backgrounds to make our products and services even better. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is real, and it can be felt throughout Xerox.

A few accolades
In 2008, Xerox was named one of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity by Diversity Inc. and in 2008 and 2009, we were named one of Canada’s ‘Top Diversity Employers.’ We also made the NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women list in 2007 and 2008. Additionally, we rated as one of the Top 10 companies in hiring minorities, women, disabled, and gay and lesbian employees by FORTUNE, Forbes, Working Mother, Latino Style, and Enable magazines.
Supplier Diversity
The Xerox Supplier Diversity Program continues to help us achieve our overall corporate diversity goals. We’ve found that Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) meet and surpass corporate supply standards, and have established business partnerships with a variety of diverse companies.
